Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are processed only after telephonic confirmation by our team.
Selected COD orders may require a partial advance payment for confirmation.
Once an order is confirmed on call or message, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

International orders are accepted on prepaid basis only.

Ravion Watches shall not be responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs authorities, natural events, or incorrect customer information.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges applicable in their country for international shipments.

Returns or replacements are accepted only if the wrong product is delivered.

Any issue regarding damaged or incorrect product must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

An unboxing video is mandatory for any damage or wrong product claim.
The video must be clear, continuous, and recorded from opening the sealed package till complete product inspection.
Claims without proper unboxing video proof will not be accepted under any condition.
