Order Confirmation & Acceptance

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are processed only after telephonic confirmation by our team.
  • Selected COD orders may require a partial advance payment for confirmation.
  • Once an order is confirmed on call or message, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
  • Ravion Watches reserves the right to cancel or refuse any suspicious or high-risk order without prior notice.

Shipping & Delivery

  • International orders are accepted on prepaid basis only.
  • Customers are requested to provide accurate address and contact details while placing the order.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier service, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Ravion Watches shall not be responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs authorities, natural events, or incorrect customer information.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges applicable in their country for international shipments.

Returns & Refunds

  • Damaged Products Only: Refunds or replacements are applicable strictly if the product is received in a physically damaged condition upon delivery.

  • Non-Refundable Scenarios: No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be provided for wrong orders placed by mistake, personal dislike, change of mind, or damage caused after delivery.

  • Reporting Window: Any claim for a damaged product must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. Requests submitted after 24 hours will not be processed.

  • Proof Required: A valid, continuous unboxing video is mandatory to process any damage claim.

Unboxing Video Requirement

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for any damage or wrong product claim.
  • The video must be clear, continuous, and recorded from opening the sealed package till complete product inspection.
  • Claims without proper unboxing video proof will not be accepted under any condition.

Pricing, Fraud & Legal Rights

  • All product names, visuals, and references used on the website are strictly for aesthetic and descriptive purposes only.
  • Ravion Watches reserves the right to modify product pricing, offers, policies, and availability without prior notice.
  • Any fraudulent activity, fake claims, chargebacks, or misuse of services may result in legal action and permanent restriction from future purchases.
